About Gunpowder
We are one part PR agency, a one-part social and content shop, and a full-on creative and strategic partner to our clients. Big ideas are our most valuable currency, but we earn our keep with good old-fashioned work ethic, like execution on programs big and small for every size of the client, from scrappy start-ups to some of the world’s most trusted and storied brands.
We are wired differently than most agencies. We empower people to do more than they thought they were capable of. We challenge our clients to stretch beyond their comfort zone. We work our asses off but know the importance of a work/life balance that keeps us fresh and inspired.
Most of our clients are in the enthusiast space. Outdoor recreation brands in the hunting, fishing, and watersports categories, motorsports, and foodie brands are some of our mainstays. Our people tend to be doers, not just spectators. We fish. We hunt. We ride. We cook. Our clients appreciate that. A lot.
We offer a competitive health insurance plan with employer contributions to monthly premiums, a 401 (k) with employer match, a generous PTO plan, a company-paid cell phone and data plan, and a flexible work environment and schedule.

Gunpowder is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to join our Digital Team and lead affiliate marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.
